Once you’ve downloaded the app you can either simply scan the QR code provided with your welcome email, or alternatively just add your log in details manually.
Set your status so you colleagues know whether you’re available (and to activate automatic voicemail features). You can even set a temporary status i.e. for 30 minutes.
You can use 3CX chat functionality to send documents or messages to your colleagues. You can also video call with your colleagues (on a good hair day!)
No need to provide personal mobile numbers again! As you’d expect, everything is secured with encryption.
