Penntech configured Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Managed MECM to ensure accurate reporting and simplification of day-to-day IT tasks.
An NHS Trust possessed the necessary licensing for Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) but needed more internal expertise to be able clear out a large number of devices that were not reporting correctly.
With proper configuration, they could easily identify which devices were not reporting into the system and which devices were not up to date.
The Trust needed a solution that would help simplify their day-to-day tasks and also strengthening their internal IT team with MECM knowledge.
To address some of these issues that the trust face the following was implemented.
Implementing the new MECM configurations and device management strategies significantly improved the NHS Trust’s visibility and control over its IT infrastructure.
As a result, day-to-day management tasks were streamlined, operational efficiency improved, and the Trust was better equipped to maintain a robust and secure IT infrastructure.
